Terms of Service
Last updated 19 August 2026
These terms govern your use of StudyCreative. Please read them before using the site.
About these terms
StudyCreative is a trade name of Tapline Media LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, 8735 Dunwoody Place #13548, Atlanta, GA 30350.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “StudyCreative” refer to that entity, and “you” refers to anyone using the site.
Acceptance
By accessing StudyCreative or submitting any form on it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What the service is
StudyCreative publishes cost, earnings and completion data on creative-industry education programs, drawn from public federal datasets, alongside editorial guides. We also operate a matching service that, with your consent, refers your details to education providers.
We are not a school, we do not offer instruction, and we do not process admissions or financial aid. We do not act as your agent or advisor.
Accuracy of published data
Program costs, earnings figures and completion rates are drawn from federal datasets including IPEDS, the College Scorecard and the Bureau of Labor Statistics. These sources have known limitations, are updated on their own schedules, and may not reflect current figures at any given institution. We publish them as reported and link to the source. Nothing on this site is a representation about employment, earnings, admission or financial aid outcomes for any individual.
Verify any figure that matters to your decision directly with the institution before relying on it. Our methodology page sets out how we source and normalise the data, and where it falls short.
Your obligations
When you use the site, you agree that you will:
- provide accurate information, and submit only your own contact details;
- be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian;
- not scrape, republish or resell our content or data compilations without permission;
- not attempt to interfere with, probe or overload the site or its systems;
- not submit anything unlawful, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The underlying federal datasets are public and not owned by us. Our selection, arrangement, normalisation and presentation of that data, together with all editorial writing, design and code on this site, are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and other laws.
You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. The figures and data tables we publish are computed from federal public-domain sources and are released under CC0; you may reuse them freely, and a link back is appreciated. Our editorial text and design are not. You may not reproduce substantial portions, or build a competing compilation from our output.
Third-party sites and providers
We link to institutions, federal datasets and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Any dealing you have with an education provider — including admission, enrolment, tuition and financial aid — is between you and that provider.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, opportunity, or educational outcome, arising from your use of the site or from any decision made in reliance on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StudyCreative, its members, officers and contractors from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be signposted on the site. Continuing to use StudyCreative after a change means you accept the revised terms.
