Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

When you submit a matching form, we pass your details to the education providers named at the point of submission, and we may be compensated for that referral. Under laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act, that may be treated as a “sale” or as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Email privacy@studycreative.org with the subject line Do Not Sell or Share, and include the email address or phone number you gave us so we can find your record.

We will confirm within 15 business days and will not require you to create an account. You may use an authorised agent where your state allows it. We will not discriminate against you for opting out.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as this opt-out for anything you submit from that browser, with no further action needed.

Opting out stops future sharing. It cannot retrieve information already passed to an education provider — that provider holds it under its own privacy policy, and you would need to contact them directly.
